December 13, 2025,
is the opening of the Taichung Green Museumbrary, designed by SANAA. The Taichung Art Museum launches with the exhibition A Call of All Beings: See you tomorrow, same time, same place.
The chimeric “Aesop or the Foreign Languages”, a text commissioned by Hong-Kai Wang @hongkaiwang and Bopha Choy @bpachy for their own contribution, the curated collaborative publication Our Words Don't Suit Prophecies Anymore forms part of this exhibition.
It is translated to English by Brian Sneeden and to Mandarin Chinese by Zona Tsou to whom I am grateful as also to the curators. The other writers of this beautiful publication are Gavin Steingo, Haytham el- Wardany, and Matariki Williams.

The illustration of the book cover, as also of Aesop text, are stills from the video Tettix , part of the audiovisual Tettix installation, presented at the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Greece (2012) , curated by Stamatis Schizakis. This has been an occasion to revisit anew the questions regarding metamorphosis, exoskeletons, poetry, sound and animal language, and species, race and social hierarchies put together with hierarchies in literary genres.
